The CentriFlow Type II meter can be used for powdery products or granular products as well. The Type II Meter is housed within an enclosure which both contains the product as well as protects the flow stream from external contaminants. TYPE II CFM METER:
FOR MOST FREE FLOWING APPLICATIONS
The CentriFlow standard Type II Meter is perfect for measuring nearly any free flowing material such as grains, pellets and any other non-powdery material. The standard Type II Meter is designed to be installed directly after feed devices such as screw conveyors, rotary airlocks, slide gates or bucket elevators.
The CentriFlow BWS is a gravimetric in-line mass flow meter which measures flow based on the principle of centripetal force. The BWS will measure the flow of any grain or pellet continuously as it passes through the meter. The BWS offers a simplified, lower cost version of the standard CFM CentriFlow Meter and has a typical accuracy of +/- 1 - 2%. The BWS' integrated electronics will deliver a 4-20 mA signal equivalent to flow.
The CentriFlow HDM Meter is a specially designed mass flow meter designed for high density products flowing at extreme flow rates. The HDM Meter is great for applications including the processing of ores and minerals from mines, the rapid loading and unloading of railcars, trucks or shipping containers or anywhere flow rates, bulk densities or both are exceptionally high.
The CentriFlow CFL Meter is a bulk solids mass flow meter specially designed for very low flow rates that can be as low as 100 lb/hr. The CFL is great for both free flowing as well as powdery products and is typically installed after feed devices such as slide gates, rotary airlocks, or screw conveyors.
